About

A year ago, I timidly announced my new eBook, "When Your Friend's Baby Dies." How could I possibly speak for the millions of woman that have lost a baby?

I'm glad I tried. The book was needed. Life before loss and life after loss are two different lives. Friends want to help. They just didn't know their friend's changes would be permanent.

When my daughter died in 2009, I found myself feeling lonely and isolated. Most of my friendships splintered. I don't think my friends were bad people. I think they didn't know what to do and how to react to the new person I'd become.

I needed my friends so badly, but wasn't in any condition to explain what I needed. Most days, I didn't even know.

This book is for anyone that loves or cares about a mother that has lost a baby.
